Our Services
Phase One
Initial Consultation
Fill out a contact us form so we can send you accurate and complete information for your special event. From there we will schedule an complimentary initial catering consultation so we can get to know you and your wishes better, and create your custom proposal.
Phase Two
Confirmation
Once the proposal accurately represents the vision and budget for the event, you are ready to secure the date on the HJC calendar. Changes in headcount, timeline, and menu are still allowed after this point.
Phase Three
Planning
Once confirmed, HJC will round out the details necessary for the event, such as an on-site consultation, layout design, rental management, vendor references, linen meeting, and scheduling the tasting.
Phase Four
Final Details
All details are confirmed 10 business days prior to your event during a final read-through with your HJC coordinator. Once everything has been confirmed, we take it from here! Enjoy your event!
